I am writing to express my
satisfaction and appreciation for the excellent construction and
painting work performed in my home last month by Kenny and his
crew of Richard, Terry and Junior. They are a team dedicated to
getting the job done right. They showed up on time every morning
and thoroughly cleaned up before they left for the day. Kenny
stopped by every morning and afternoon to inspect the work, make
sure the team understood what had to be done each day and that
all needed supplies were on hand, and to ask if I had any
concerns. Their goal was to make sure I was happy with
everything and they succeeded. And to top it all off, they are
all just a nice bunch of guys, all fun to work with, positive
attitudes, respectful and very accommodating to any little thing
I thought needed a touch up or fixing.
I also appreciated that they were very kind and tolerant to the
many dogs I care for in my home. I operate a sanctuary for
homeless senior basset hounds (
http://houseofpuddles.org ) and
usually have about 20 dogs around, all of whom wanted to
supervise the work from behind the fence. It really meant a lot
to me that all the guys were so understanding and accommodating
of a bunch of bossy old bassets. Richard even build a beautiful
new ramp for the doggie door (I have no idea how he managed to
install that inside the fence with all the dogs around barking
out orders). I've attached a few pictures below.
I will definitely be calling Dertzbaugh again
for any future work needed on my home and would not hesitate to
refer you to anyone I know of looking for a contractor. You're
company is tops in my book!
